Mátyás Easy Pinot is a young and joyful red wine crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown organically in Slovakia's Strekov region. Known for its refreshing fruitiness, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation without any additives, enzymes, or sulfites, making it ideal for vegans and those sensitive to sulfites. This wine uniquely uses a crown cap closure, similar to beer bottles, preserving its freshness by preventing oxidation.
Easy Pinot features vibrant aromas of ripe cherries, currants, and subtle mineral notes. Its lighter body and juicy character, complemented by gentle tannins, make it exceptionally drinkable—perfect for relaxed gatherings, celebrations, or a cozy evening with friends.
