Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days using DHL Parcel but depends on the
destination. . Shipping costs are calculated at
checkout based on weight and destination. Purchases
over €150 qualify for free shipping.
All placed orders will be processed during 1 days and usually leaving our store the next working
day. Delivery to mainland Spain and Portugal is usually 1-2
days, to other EU countries 3-7 days.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email. Please check the tracking regularly to
follow the delivery status and make sure you are available to receive the package or collect it from the
service point on time. If a package is returned to us due to the fault of the recipient (not picked up,
delivery refused, incorrect address, etc.), the return shipping cost is covered by the customer and deducted
from the refund.
