Hedonista

Hedonista is Milan Nestarec’s easy-going skin-contact take on Grüner Veltliner, lifted by a touch of Welschriesling and Neuburger. The grapes are fermented as whole bunches with a short time on the skins, giving the wine a gentle tannic grip and deeper flavour without feeling heavy.
Instead of being made from a single harvest, Hedonista blends several recent years together and ages them solera-style in one large oak barrel. This slow, continuous aging builds layers of flavour and a very steady, calm character in the glass.
Expect juicy yellow apple and apricot, hints of white pepper and tonka bean, plus a light salty note and a soft, creamy texture. It’s bottled unfiltered, so a natural cloudiness is part of its charm. Grown organically on loess soils in Moravia, this is a laid-back, everyday bottle made for relaxed moments, when you just want a characterful white that makes you feel good without asking for too much attention.
