Mátyás P3 is a fresh, friendly rosé from Slovakia that blends Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir grapes in equal parts. Crafted by the Mátyás Family Winery in the Strekov region, this wine revives an old, traditional method of mixing red and white grapes—a local practice dating back generations. With 30 days of skin contact and aging for 10 months in oak barrels, the wine offers a distinctive reddish hue, gentle fruitiness, and juicy character. Notes of red berries, pomegranate, blood orange, and subtle floral aromas make it easy to enjoy. Ideal chilled, this organic, vegan-friendly wine pairs effortlessly with finger food, smoked meats, pasta, or pizza.
