From Catalonia's Penedès region, this distinctive red wine is made from 100% Sumoll grapes grown in the Salinar vineyard, planted in 2010. Vinyes Singulars crafts Sumoi Barmei using a seven-day maceration period, followed by eight months of aging in stainless steel tanks. This 2022 vintage perfectly complements oily fish dishes, offering a pure expression of this unique Spanish variety.
