PNc is a rosé that shows a different side of Pinot Noir. It is made by direct pressing the grapes, which gives the wine a delicate color and keeps the texture clean and gentle. The fruit comes from clay and loess soils, bringing both freshness and a subtle earthy depth.
Ageing in acacia barrels adds roundness and a light touch of spice, while the wine stays lively and easy to drink. In the glass, you can expect red currant, a hint of citrus, soft herbal notes and a stony finish. Dry, juicy and light on its feet, PNc is a rosé with both energy and character. It works very well on its own, but also with simple food such as salads, grilled vegetables or lentil dishes.
