Automatic calculation in the cart according to the weight of the order

The normal time of reception of an order is 48 working hours after the order is placed in Spain and Portugal.

The transit time for European Union orders is 3 to 5 days. 

If you are not home when the package arrives the courier company will contact the customer by phone and make 2 more delivery attempts.

If the customer could not receive the package, the company will return the package(s) to our facilities. The customer will decide to reprocess the payment of a new shipment of his order or get a refund of his order minus the part of shipping that Antihype wine will charge in any case to the customer.

All our packages are shipped carefully wrapped with an external protection system to avoid any damage during transportation.

In case the order has suffered a breakage, the customer has the right to avoid picking up the package, so that it can be returned to the head office in order to prepare a new order at no cost. The customer must in any case indicate on the carrier's delivery note that the goods have not arrived in perfect condition.
