Divý Ryšák is a field blend made from both white and red grapes, so it naturally sits between rosé and very light red. The grapes come from old bush vines on loamy-sandy soils near Němčičky, which gives the wine energy and a more untamed expression. After hand harvest, the grapes spent three days on the skins, then the wine rested for a year in acacia barrels before being bottled without added sulfur.
In the glass, it feels lively, juicy and a little wild, with a style that does not aim for softness or polish. Instead, it shows freshness, texture and a rustic edge that makes it stand out. This is a bottle for anyone who enjoys natural wines with personality and does not mind something a bit eccentric.
