Naboso Spolu is a friendly and playful rosé from Slovakia, uniquely crafted by blending red and white grapes—Blaufränkisch, Grüner Veltliner, and Riesling—together in harmony. The name "Spolu," meaning "together," perfectly reflects this unusual blend, where grapes typically made into separate wines combine to create something refreshing yet complex.
Half of the Blaufränkisch grapes undergo a special fermentation process called semi-carbonic fermentation, happening right inside the pressed juice from Riesling and destemmed Grüner Veltliner grapes. This method brings a juicy and lively character to the wine. After fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in neutral oak barrels, giving it depth without overpowering the fresh fruit flavors.
A unique charm of Spolu is its label design, which changes every vintage—just as the wine itself subtly evolves year to year. It's best enjoyed lightly chilled at 12–14°C, offering an enjoyable balance between freshness and depth, perfect for casual sipping or pairing with meals.
