L’Horloge is a Jura Chardonnay with a clear sense of place. It comes from a single plot in Poligny, where very old vines rooted in clay-limestone soils give the wine depth and detail. After direct pressing, it spends three years aging in barrel, shaping a style that is layered and precise.
In the glass, it shows the classic meeting point of richness and freshness that makes Jura whites so attractive. You can expect oxidative notes, hints of dried fruit and a firm line of tension that keeps everything focused. The result is a Chardonnay with real complexity and a long, steady finish. This is a good bottle for anyone who enjoys white wines with character, texture and a more mature, savoury side.
