Doble Plaer Negre is a red wine from Catalonia crafted by Vinyes Singulars. It uniquely blends three grape varieties: the aromatic Malvasia de Sitges from the young Can Baltà vineyard (planted in 2009), the elegant and mature Parellada from the historic vineyard of Refugi (planted in 1942), and the robust Monastrell from the Cal Matias vineyard. This unusual combination creates a fresh and balanced red wine with vibrant character. Produced in very limited quantities, it represents a special opportunity to taste an innovative blend that highlights traditional grapes in an unconventional way. Serve slightly chilled at 14-16°C to fully appreciate its distinct personality.
