Vino di Anna Palmento Bianco combines indigenous Sicilian white grapes from four distinct regions of the island. The wine represents a blend of Carricante from Mt Etna's slopes, Inzolia from Vittoria's limestone soils, Grillo from Marsala's mineral-rich terra rossa, and Catarratto from Alcamo's hills. Each grape variety undergoes specific vinification - from direct pressing to extended skin contact - before being fermented with native yeasts. The natural winemaking approach, without fining or filtration, preserves the wine's authentic character, resulting in fresh citrus and floral notes with a mineral finish.
