Mladý Boček is a dry red made from Rubinet and Sevar, a blend that gives it a character you do not meet every day. It is a juicy wine at heart, with fresh dark fruit and an easy, lively feel that makes it very approachable.
Ageing in oak barrel brings more shape to the wine, rounding the fruit and adding a gentle layer of spice and depth. The result is a red that feels both energetic and settled, with enough structure for food but also enough freshness to enjoy on its own.
