Pink Moon is a natural rosé from Catalonia made by co-fermenting Ull de Llebre, the local name for Tempranillo, with Macabeo. The grapes spend three days on the skins before pressing, which gives the wine a light colour, gentle texture, and a juicy feel without becoming heavy.
It is aged in stainless steel, keeping the style fresh and direct. Expect red berry notes like strawberry and raspberry, with a touch of citrus zest and a soft herbal hint. Easy to enjoy slightly chilled, it is a good choice for relaxed meals, sunny afternoons, or anyone who likes rosé with a bit of personality.
