Zore is a Slovak red wine from Pezinok, made from a blend of Blaufränkisch and André. The grapes undergo a short carbonic maceration, a method that helps bring out juicy red fruit and a softer, more open style. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for nine months without racking, giving it a little extra depth while keeping the fruit at the centre.
A portion of reserve wine is included in the blend, adding roundness and balance. Expect a lively red berry character, gentle structure and a natural-wine approach that still feels clean and focused. It is a good choice if you want to explore Central European grapes in a fresh but thoughtful red.
