Casanova Bianco

Casanova Bianco is a natural white wine from Villa Celiera in Abruzzo, made from an equal blend of Pecorino and Trebbiano, two of the region’s most traditional grapes. The vineyard lies 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by olive trees and woods, with views stretching from the Adriatic Sea to the mountains. This location, with its limestone and clay soils, gives the wine freshness and a marked mineral character.

The grapes are foot-crushed and left for a short skin contact, which adds texture and gentle tannins. Ageing in old oak barrels brings depth without covering the fruit. The result is a wine that reflects its terroir clearly, with a balance of citrus, herbal notes and a subtle saltiness. Structured yet lively, Casanova Bianco is made to pair well with food and to show the character of Abruzzo’s land in every glass.
