Verano 2022 from Upper Moutere showcases a complex blend of seven grapes: Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. The wine follows a distinct fermentation process where grapes ferment in three separate batches before blending. Brown gravel soils of Upper Moutere contribute to the wine's profile, while aging in stainless steel preserves its freshness.
