De Sol a Sol Airén comes from century-old pre-phylloxera Airén vines in Toledo, Spain. The winemaker Julian Ruiz Villanueva, who pioneered organic farming in this region, creates this unique orange wine using an uncommon technique of extended maceration lasting over 400 days in stainless steel tanks. This approach, combined with the distinctive character of ancient vines growing in clay-limestone soils, produces a wine with deep texture and pronounced citrus notes.
