Le Blanc

Le Blanc is the fresh white blend from Domaine Nøvice, made from all the estate’s Chardonnay and Savagnin vines around Poligny in the Jura. Half of the grapes are macerated on the skins, while the other half are directly pressed, then everything is blended and aged in neutral fiberglass tanks.
This mix of methods gives the wine both brightness and gentle structure: direct press brings purity and lift, while the macerated part adds a bit more body and a light grip on the palate. Savagnin adds tension and energy, Chardonnay brings rounder fruit notes.
The vines grow on Triassic and Lias marls, classic Jura soils that help keep good acidity and a salty, mineral touch. Overall, Le Blanc 2024 is a characterful but easygoing Jura white, great for people who want something a bit different without it being too complicated.
