Luminescence is an orange wine that shows how expressive Muscat can be when it’s given time on the skins. It blends Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains with Muscat of Alexandria, each macerated and fermented as whole clusters before being brought together later. The result keeps the clear Muscat nose—think fresh grapes and floral hints—but adds another layer: a touch of nuttiness and gentle spice, plus a slight “natural wine” edge. On the palate it stays fairly light and fresh, led by citrus and ripe yellow fruit, with fine tannins that give shape without heaviness. Finished in amphora and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it’s a textured, balanced orange wine that works well as an aperitif or alongside lightly spiced dishes and grilled vegetables.
