This Crémant du Jura Zéro Dosage from Domaine de la Touraize is a refined sparkling wine crafted from Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes grown in the “En Arce” vineyard, where the vines average 45 years old and grow on blue marl and silty soils. The grapes are gently pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, followed by aging on lees for 30 months in the bottle — a process that adds depth and character.
This wine is made without dosage (no added sugar), highlighting its pure, dry style. Expect subtle aromas of lemon zest, pear compote, brioche, and a touch of white pepper, all balanced by a salty and mineral finish. A fine and elegant sparkling wine for those who enjoy a clean, expressive style.
