Clos du Tue-Boeuf Pineau d'Aunis is a light and expressive red wine from Touraine, in the Loire Valley. It’s made from 100% Pineau d'Aunis, a rare and historic grape variety known for its delicate spice and fresh character. The grapes come from ancient vines planted on clay and flint soils over limestone, which adds depth to the wine.
Fermented with whole bunches using semi-carbonic maceration, this wine stays vibrant and juicy. It’s aged for about 10 months in old oak barrels, allowing gentle refinement without overpowering its lively fruit and subtle peppery notes. A fresh and easy-drinking wine with a distinct Loire Valley personality.
