Château Lafitte Orange is a rare and characterful orange wine made from 100% Petit Manseng, a grape more commonly known for sweet wines. Grown in the Jurançon appellation in southwest France, the vines are farmed using biodynamic methods certified by Demeter, with full respect for the environment and natural rhythms.
The wine is produced without any added sulphites and follows a natural winemaking process: the grapes are hand-harvested, macerated with their skins for 21 days, and then fermented and aged in terracotta amphorae. This ancient technique, combined with modern ecological practices, gives the wine a unique identity.
Bottled in 50cl clay vessels to help preserve it naturally, Château Lafitte Orange stands out for its bold style and ability to age—up to 10 years. With no fining or filtration, it's also vegan-friendly and low in residual sugar.
