This Pét-Nat from Baix Penedès combines Samsó and Cartoixà grapes in equal measures. The winemaking process emphasizes gentleness - grapes are infused without crushing, using only their natural weight. Following the ancestral method, fermentation completes in the bottle, followed by one year of aging on lees. Each bottle is manually disgorged and topped up with the same wine, preserving its natural characteristics.
