Batussa Blanc is an organic white wine from Catalonia, produced mainly from the Macabeo grape, blended with a bit of Xarel·lo. This wine is hand-harvested at elevations between 400 and 500 meters, where Mediterranean climate and clay-calcareous soils create a fresh and lively wine profile. A single night of skin contact and natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the fruit's purity. The wine is aged in the same tanks until bottling in the spring, ensuring it remains crisp and authentic. Made without filtering or fining, Batussa Blanc offers a natural, expressive taste that's perfect for relaxed meals and easygoing evenings.
