This Brut Nature Rosat from Penedès combines grapes from three distinctive terroirs - coastal, central, and mountain regions. Made by the Suriol family using the traditional champagne method, this sparkling wine showcases natural fermentation with native yeasts and minimal intervention. Each bottle from the limited 50,000 annual production is aged for over 9 months, resulting in a completely dry cava with no added sugar.
