This Blanc from Penedès combines traditional local varieties with aromatic grapes from three distinct terroirs. The Suriol family crafts this wine using native yeasts and ages it for three months in underground concrete tanks. Part of a limited 50,000 bottle production, it represents a collaboration between multiple family estates across the region's diverse landscapes.
