La Charanga Flor + “Palo Cortado” is a distinctive white wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, made entirely from Palomino. It is fermented and aged for two years in a traditional bota, which gives it a character close to the world of dry sherry while still feeling like a wine for the table.
Expect a pale golden colour and a clean, salty profile, with notes of almond, sea breeze and brine. Its style is dry, savoury and easy to drink, especially if you enjoy wines with freshness rather than fruitiness.
