Garnatxa Blanca

Vinyes Singulars Garnatxa Blanca is a pure expression of White Grenache from the Can Baltà vineyard, planted in 1982 in Penedès. Instead of being made as a straightforward white, the grapes spend about a week on their skins. That short maceration gives the wine more grip and a rounder mouthfeel, often with a slightly golden tone in the glass. Fermentation and ageing happen in a 500-litre chestnut barrel, which tends to feel subtle and earthy rather than strongly “woody.” Expect a dry, textured style with ripe fruit notes, a touch of herbal character, and a gently savoury finish. A good match for grilled vegetables, roast chicken, or dishes with almonds and olive oil.
