Orange Muscat

Orange Muscat from Slow Artisanal Wines is a dry, skin-contact Muscat that shows the grape in a very pure way. The fruit is handpicked and ferments naturally, with about nine days on the skins, which deepens the colour and brings out strong floral notes, citrus and touches of dried fruit.
After fermentation, the wine rests for several months on its lees in stainless steel, giving a bit more texture and length while keeping it clean and fresh. It’s certified organic and made without additives, so what you taste is really grape and place: the cool slopes of Štajerska/Podravje in north-eastern Slovenia.
In the glass, expect a very aromatic but fully dry orange wine with a long, lingering finish. It’s a great choice for people who enjoy expressive wines and pairs nicely with aperitif snacks, charcuterie or lighter fish dishes.
