Belo Belo

Belo Belo is a gentle, naturally made white cuvée from the hills of Štajerska in north-eastern Slovenia. It comes from a 100+ year-old field-blend vineyard planted with traditional local varieties, all harvested by hand.
The grapes spend just one day on their skins, so the wine keeps its light colour and fresh character, with only a soft touch of structure. After spontaneous fermentation, it rests for six months on the lees in stainless steel, adding a smooth, slightly creamy texture without losing brightness.
In the glass you can expect subtle citrus notes, delicate floral aromas and an easy, flowing palate that feels both refreshing and silky. It’s a relaxed, honest wine with no additives, made simply from grape and land.
Belo Belo is a lovely choice as an aperitif and works very well with charcuterie, lighter fish dishes or a simple spread of snacks shared with friends.
