Crafted using the traditional but distinctive technique of carbonic maceration, whole grape bunches ferment naturally in sealed tanks, capturing intense fruitiness and freshness. A harmonious blend of local grape varieties—Souson, Rabo-de-Ovelha, and Padeiro-de-Basto—it delivers juicy red fruit notes complemented by aromatic hints of Mediterranean herbs and delicate floral accents.
