La Rumbera is a natural white wine made from old Pansa Blanca vines ranging from 35 to 80 years in age. Grown in sandy, granite-rich soils, the grapes develop a bright and subtly saline character that reflects their proximity to the Mediterranean. About 80% of the fruit is gently pressed after being destemmed, while the remaining portion ferments on its skins for a few days. This brief maceration brings extra complexity and a light, savory depth to the wine.
After fermentation with wild yeasts, La Rumbera ages for nine months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks, creating a fresh yet textured profile. No sulfites are added, and the wine is bottled without filtering or clarifying, preserving its honest expression. Expect vibrant white fruit and gentle floral hints, balanced by a graceful acidity and a whisper of sea breeze on the finish. It is a friendly, easy-to-enjoy white that pairs beautifully with light dishes, seafood, or simple moments shared with friends.
