Adda is a sparkling wine from Penedès, crafted by Nuria Renom, who discovered her passion for winemaking during her studies in Italy. Made from Parellada grapes grown in the high-altitude vineyards of El Montmell on clay-limestone soils, this wine represents the essence of the Catalan terroir. The natural fermentation process with indigenous yeasts, followed by bottle fermentation and 8-month aging on lees, results in a fresh and vibrant sparkling wine that pairs well with sushi.
