Mitja Lluna is a Catalan white made from Xarel·lo, a grape closely linked with Penedès. Here it shows a fuller side: the wine is made from free-run juice, gently drawn off and aged in barrels, which gives it a rounded, creamy feel without losing freshness.
In the glass it brings floral notes together with hints of honey, chamomile and elderflower. The palate is broad and expressive, but it finishes long and clean rather than heavy. It also has a light natural character, so it feels lively without being too funky. A good choice if you enjoy white wines with texture, softness and a clear Mediterranean touch.
