Opera III is a sparkling rosé from Naboso in the Bratislava area of Slovakia. It is made by the traditional method from Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Rhine Riesling, a mix that brings red-berry fruit, freshness and a light herbal lift.
The wine is Brut Nature, meaning no sugar is added after ageing, so the style is dry, crisp and clean. Fermentation in stainless steel helps keep the fruit clear and lively, while a small part of reserve wine adds balance. Expect ripe berries, fine bubbles and bright acidity, making it a good choice for aperitifs, seafood, light dishes or simply sharing with friends.
