Opera II is a dry sparkling white from the Bratislava area of Slovakia, made from an equal blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. It is produced by the traditional method and finished as Brut Nature, meaning no sugar is added at the end, so the style stays clean, fresh and direct.
The grapes come from organic vineyards around Svätý Jur, where granite bedrock and sandy soils help shape the wine’s crisp character. Expect bright notes of apple and pear, fine bubbles, and a light saline touch on the finish. A small share of reserve wine adds extra balance without making the wine heavy. This is a good choice if you enjoy dry sparkling wines and want to try something outside the usual regions.
