Opera I is a Slovak sparkling wine made by the traditional method from Moravian Muscat and Müller-Thurgau. It comes from granite-rich soils near Bratislava, which help give the wine a clear, lively character.
This is a brut nature sparkling wine, meaning no sugar is added at the end. The result is dry and fresh, with delicate bubbles, bright acidity and a soft fruity side. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the fruit clean, while malolactic fermentation and a portion of reserve wines add a little roundness and balance. It is a good choice for anyone looking for a sparkling wine that feels easy to enjoy, but still has enough structure to be taken seriously.
