Norma is a Slovak white wine made from equal parts Grüner Veltliner and Welschriesling. The grapes are directly pressed, then the wine ferments and ages for nine months partly in acacia and oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. This mix gives it both a gentle roundness and a clean, fresh side.
A small share of reserve wine is blended in, adding extra depth and balance. Malolactic fermentation gives the texture a softer, creamier feel, while the style stays calm and easy to enjoy. Expect a smooth white wine with a velvety touch, well suited for relaxed meals, soft cheeses, poultry, or simply a quiet glass on its own.
