Meinklang Weißer Mulatschak is a playful orange wine from Austria's Neusiedlersee region, known for its relaxed style and natural character. It blends Welschriesling, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris grapes, each harvested at optimal ripeness. Unfiltered and minimally treated, it offers vibrant fruitiness with aromas of elderflower, wild plum, fresh herbs, and white berries. The brief skin contact during fermentation lends a gentle creamy texture, complemented by lively acidity, subtle tannins, and a pleasantly savory finish. Ideal for enjoying chilled outdoors, it pairs perfectly with barbecued dishes, roasted vegetables, Asian cuisine, and various cheeses.
