Meinklang Foam Vulkán is an energetic and naturally sparkling wine crafted from unique grape varieties, Hárslevelű and Juhfark, grown on volcanic soils near Hungary’s Somló volcano. The wine captures the essence of its volcanic origins with clear mineral notes and lively bubbles, complemented by tropical hints of pineapple, mango, and Cape gooseberry. Fermented spontaneously and bottled without additives or filtration, Foam Vulkán finishes fermentation directly in the bottle, a method that brings vibrant freshness and playful effervescence. Perfect for casual sipping or pairing with salads, raw fish, or fried foods, it's a delightful companion for sunny days and relaxed gatherings.
