The Jakab Pétnat from Mátyás is a sparkling rosé from Slovakia that brings back traditional winemaking methods, offering a naturally vibrant experience. Made equally from Blaufränkisch and Feteasca Regala grapes grown organically in the Nagyhegy vineyard, this wine neighbors the protected nature reserve Drieňová Hora, reflecting its pure and natural character. Produced without added sulfites, enzymes, or additives, and fermented spontaneously directly in the bottle, it provides a genuine taste of low-intervention craftsmanship.

With a pinkish-red color resembling cherry juice, it reveals lively aromas and flavors of ripe raspberries, strawberries, and red currants, accompanied by refreshing acidity and gentle bubbles. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs effortlessly with grilled or roasted white meats, pasta, or pizza. Enjoy slightly chilled for the perfect summer refreshment.
