French Disko is a natural red wine made from century-old Cinsault vines growing in the limestone-marl soils of Roussillon. The winemaking process combines short carbonic maceration with gentle pressing, followed by fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks. The wine then ages for 9 months in the same concrete vessels, preserving its pure fruit character. This light, elegant wine pairs well with cured meats and oily fish.
