Tártis is a white wine made from 100% Colombard, a grape that gives it a very fresh and lively character. It stands out for its bright acidity, but it is not only sharp: the late harvest brings extra depth to the fruit, so the wine feels expressive and long on the palate. You can expect notes of tropical fruit, fresh herbs and a light spicy touch, with a clean finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and bottled without ageing, it keeps a direct, pure style that suits this wine very well. Tártis works especially well with sushi, fish or salads and dishes that include tropical fruit.
