Le Coste Litrozzo Tinto stands out with its generous 1-liter format, reflecting a modern approach to winemaking. This red blend combines Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Merlot grapes grown in volcanic soils of Lazio. The producers, who gained experience with natural wine makers in France, create this wine following biodynamic principles with minimal intervention. The grapes ferment spontaneously with native yeasts and age in concrete tanks, resulting in a pure expression of the terroir. This approach yields a wine that brings together traditional methods with contemporary natural wine philosophy.
