L'abrunet Rosat

L'Abrunet de Frisach Rosat is an organic rosé wine crafted by Celler Frisach in the Terra Alta region of Catalonia. It's a unique blend combining Red, White, and especially Grey Grenache, a rare variety nearly lost from the area, now revitalized thanks to dedicated winemakers.

Reflecting traditional winemaking methods once used by local grandparents, this wine blends grapes harvested simultaneously, which macerate together for 24 hours, extracting gentle flavors and colors. After a light pressing, only the purest "free-run" juice ferments in stainless steel tanks before going directly into bottles—preserving freshness and vibrancy.

Expect a refreshing, slightly raw character, with juicy notes of wild berries, citrus fruits like orange and tangerine, and hints of aromatic herbs and flowers. The finish is crisp and uplifting, accented by a subtle salty note.
