L'abrunet Blanco

L’Abrunet de Frisach Blanco is crafted entirely from White Grenache grapes, capturing both freshness and ripe intensity through a unique double-harvest approach. In the first pass, part of the fruit is picked early to preserve natural acidity and bright citrus notes. Once those clusters are removed, the remaining grapes mature more fully on the vine, gaining richer flavors and body. After blending these two components, the wine is aged on its lees to enhance texture and complexity. Unclarified and unstabilized, it showcases the purest expression of this variety.
