A distinctive Austrian blend from Carnuntum, combining red Blaufränkisch with white Grüner Veltliner from 25-40 year old vines grown in clay-limestone and loess soils. This natural wine showcases careful vinification with different maceration periods for each variety and aging in used oak barrels for 11 months. The result is a fruity and juicy red wine that bridges the gap between red and white wine characteristics, making it versatile for pairing with both white and red meats.
