P.A.N. is a fresh red blend from Velké Bílovice in Moravia, combining Pinot Noir with two Central European grapes: André and Blauer Portugieser. The André part is especially special—this Czech variety was created in the 1960s and adds a darker-fruit edge to the wine’s lighter Pinot profile.
The grapes come from the Panský vineyard, grown with manual work and gentle protection in the vines. In the cellar, the wine is made with a hands-off approach: spontaneous fermentation in open vats, about 12 days on skins, then ageing in large Czech oak barrels on fine lees. It’s bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur.
Expect juicy cherry and blueberry notes, a clean finish, and easy-drinking energy—try it slightly chilled.
