Táganan Tinto represents the unique terroir of Tenerife's Taganana village. This red wine comes from vineyards aged between 50 and 150 years, planted on volcanic soils at elevations ranging from 75 to 450 meters. It combines local varieties including Negramoll, Listan Negro, and several others, creating a wine with mineral notes and distinctive character. The wine matures for 8 months in French oak barrels, developing subtle complexity while maintaining the authentic expression of its volcanic origins.
